These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing it or submitting a form, you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

They do not govern the Teeoff platform itself. Access to our products is provided under a separate written agreement, and where anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

This site is not an offer

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing you submit through it forms a contract. Submitting the demo or pricing form is a request to be contacted, and any quote we return is an indication rather than a binding price until it is confirmed in a signed agreement.

Descriptions of products, features, roadmaps and pricing may change without notice.

Accuracy of what you read here

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or omission. Statements about future functionality are statements of intent, not commitments to deliver.

Figures describing performance, availability or automation rates are illustrative of results achieved under particular conditions. Your own results depend on your traffic, integrations and configuration, and we make no promise that you will see the same.

Using the site properly

Interfere with the service

No attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its APIs or the infrastructure behind them, and no probing or scanning without our written permission.

Abuse the forms

No automated submission, no false or impersonated contact details, and nothing unlawful, misleading or malicious in the free-text fields.

Scrape or reuse in bulk

No systematic extraction of content for republication or to train a model, except as our robots.txt permits.

Misuse our brand

No use of our name, logo or content to imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.

Who owns what

The content, design, code and trade marks on this site belong to Teeoff Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our products; anything beyond that needs our written permission.

Third-party names and marks appearing on this site — including those of our customers and technology partners — belong to their respective owners and are used to identify them, not to claim any right in them.

What you send us

Do not send us confidential information through this website. The forms are not a secure channel for it, and anything you submit through them is handled as described in our privacy policy rather than under a confidentiality agreement.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or payment to you. That is not a claim to anything else you own.

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability

This website is provided as it stands. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. Availability commitments for the Teeoff platform, where they exist, live in your service agreement and not here.
