Who this covers

This policy explains how Teeoff Technologies Pvt. Ltd. handles personal data collected through this website. It covers the website only — not the products you may separately contract with us for, which are governed by the agreement and data processing terms signed with you.

For anything you send us as a customer through the platform itself, we act as a processor on your instructions. For this website, we act as the controller.

What we collect

Information you type into a form

The demo form collects your name, work email, company and whatever you write in the free-text field. The pricing form additionally collects your expected conversation volume, channels, deployment model, language coverage, compliance requirements and timeline.

Your IP address

Recorded with each form submission, and present in server logs. We use it to investigate abuse of the form and nothing else.

Analytics data

Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and how you arrived. IP anonymisation is enabled.

We do not ask for, and the forms do not accept, special categories of data — health, biometric, financial or government identifiers. Please do not put them in the free-text field.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To answer you

When you submit a form you are asking us to get in touch. We rely on taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

To keep the site working and unabused

Rate limiting, spam filtering and error investigation, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a functioning website securely.

To understand how the site is used

Analytics, on the basis of your consent where consent is required in your jurisdiction.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. It has no login, no session and no advertising or retargeting pixels.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block them with your browser settings or a content blocker, and the site will work normally without them.

Who else sees your data

Amazon Web Services

Hosts the site and processes form submissions. Website and form data is processed in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region; the content delivery network serves cached pages from edge locations worldwide.

Google

Provides Google Analytics. Web fonts are also loaded from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads, even if you block analytics.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

Where your data goes

Form submissions are processed and stored in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region and delivered by email to our sales team. If you contact us from outside India, your data is transferred to India. Where that transfer is from the EEA or UK, we rely on the appropriate safeguards required by law.

How long we keep it

Server logs

Ninety days, then deleted automatically.

Form submissions

Delivered as email to our sales team and retained in that inbox. We are still setting a defined retention period — see the notice at the top of this page.

Analytics

Retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we relied on it. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. We will not charge you for it, and we will not treat you differently for asking. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Form submissions travel over TLS to an endpoint that is not reachable except through our own infrastructure, and the transport applies a strict content security policy. Access to the systems handling this data is limited to staff who need it.

No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged more prominently than a date change.
